Better than last time!
Dare I say: complete?
Clocking in at 334 pages, I have completed the first draft of the novel I’ve been working on for the last year-ish. I’ve sent a copy to one of my trusted readers for first impressions, and I for my part have begun pen-and-paper edits.
This is a less than exciting time, honestly – it’s work. And drafting is all fun and games…this is work. Slow, often tedious, sometimes interesting, but usually not, work.
C’est la vie – in every life some rain must fall.
Probably want to cut back on the cliche’s while I’m at it.
